Marjorie Moore Village

Marjorie Moore Village is located at 250 Kensington Road, Berlin, CT and consists of 40 units of studio and one-bedroom apartments. This project is 100% Section 8. Eligible residents pay 30 % of their income. Income limits apply and residents are required to certify their income annually. Applicants must be seniors (62 plus) and/or disabled.

Percival Heights

Percival Heights is located at 31 Colonial Drive, Berlin, CT. This building was constructed in 1984 and is owned by the Berlin Housing Authority. It houses the Percival Heights apartments and the Town of Berlins’ Senior Center and all associated parking areas. This project does not offer rental subsidy but residents that qualify pay 30% of their income but there is a base minimum rent of $458, which may be adjusted annually.
